TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 GMC YUKON WHICH WAS PURCHASED BRAND NEW IN 2002. HE STATED THAT THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM WAS ACTIVATING INAPPROPRIATELY AT LOW SPEEDS OF 8 MPH AND UNDER. THE FAILURE WOULD CAUSE THE PEDAL TO PULSE AND WOULD NOT STOP IN A NORMAL FASHION. THE VEHICLE WOULD BRAKE ON AND OFF AND CAUSED HIM TO FEEL AS IF HE WAS LOSING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A RECALL CAMPAIGN REGARDING THE SAME FAILURE (NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 05V379000) HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WOULD TAKE NO LIABILITY FOR REPAIRS IN THE VEHICLE. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE UNDER 87,944. UPDATED 12/22/09 *BF UPDATED 12/22/09. *JB
