Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

The following is stated for FaultCrate's paid plans under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Prices: Registered plus added vehicles: 1,980 yen a month for each vehicle (tax included) All vehicles: 9,800 yen a month (tax included) The unregistered and registered (free) scopes are free. "One vehicle" is one row of the vehicle list: one model name over its span of model years.
Charges other than the price: None. The cost of the internet connection used to read the site is borne by the user.
Payment method: Credit card (payments are processed by Stripe)
Time of payment: The first month is charged when the plan is applied for. After that the plan is charged automatically every month on the same day.
Time of provision: The plan can be used as soon as the payment is completed.
Cancellation: A plan can be cancelled at any time from the Plans page. After cancelling, it stays usable until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made.
Refunds: Because the service is one of reading, amounts already paid are not refunded, and no part of a month is refunded when a plan is cancelled during it. Where the service could not be provided for a long time, or a charge was made twice or in error, a refund may be made after the case is looked into. Where the law requires a refund, the law is followed. Refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method.

Applications: Applications for the paid plans are in preparation. During the open preview every record can be read free of charge without an account.
