    I WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH (= 104.6 km/h) UPHILL WHEN MY ENGINE AND TRACTION LIGHT CAME ON.

    I TOOK THE TRUCK TO A MECHANIC THE NEXT DAY AND HE REPLACED THE THROTTLE BODY.
    Outcome
    I PICKED UP THE TRUCK THAT EVENING AND AS I WAS DRIVING HOME THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN.

    Reduced engine power on interstate, speed dropped from 70 to 30

      My kids and I was on the interstate and all of sudden my yukon reduce engine power.Dropping to 30 in a speed zone of 70.I was very afraid for our safety and appreciate there concerns for reducing engine power to save the truck,but that's very dangerous.

    So I paid to replace the throttle body and gas pedal cause that was the codes for the problem.

    MOST RECENTLY, YESTERDAY, MY HUSBAND WAS TRYING TO ACCELERATE TO PASS A SLOWER VEHICLE WITH HUGE TIRES ON THE BACK ONLY TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN.
    Remedy
    THEY REPLACED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY, WHICH I BELIEVE INCLUDED THE APP SENSOR, AND CLEANED THE THROTTLE BODY OF EXCESSIVE CARBON BUILD UP.

    I COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AVOIDING ONE COLLISION.
