MY BRAKES WOULD ENGAGE BUT THEY WILL NOT DISENGAGED AND MY BRAKES ARE BURINGING AND SMELLING LIKE BURNT RUBBER. BRAKES ARE ALSO STICKING. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM KEEPS BLINKING ON AND OFF. REPLACE FUSE BUT STILL NOT WORKING. NOT DISPLAYING TH
