    THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH (= 40.2 km/h) HE SMELLED A VERY STRONG FUEL ODOR.

    THERE WAS A STRONG SMELL OF GAS IN THE CAR AS WELL AS ANOTHER VEHICLE WHO PULLED ME OVER TO TELL ME MY TRUCK WAS POURING GAS.
