この症状は、燃料計が 1/4 以下のときに最もはっきり出る。
燃料計のバッファーは VCM/PCM。
見分け方
対処法
- 後退で少し走って止まり、P または N に入れてから D に入れて、再現を試みる。
- 車両の止め方（坂道か、車両前側が上り向きか下り向きか）も確認しておく。

Try to duplicate the concern by driving the vehicle a short distance in reverse and then stopping (to make fuel slosh), shifting transmission to park or neutral and then shifting to drive.— [1] Recommendation

進行しない点オートマチックトランスミッションでは P・N のときバッファリングが行われない。正常な特性で、修理は不要。
