   BOTH REAR POWER WINDOWS FAILED IN UP POSITION. DRIVERS SEATBELT WOULD LOCK IN RETRACTED POSITION IF REMOVED WHILE DRIVING AND COULD NOT BE PULLED BACK OUT UNLESS THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AND TURNED OFF.
