- On some vehicles a calibration may need to be selected after choosing "Vehicle Theft Deterrent - Learn"; select the one labeled "Vehicle Theft Deterrent for Passlock sensor".
- A replaced SDM or BCM must learn the restraints ID, which requires performing a 10 minute V.T.D. "Vehicle Theft Deterrent - Learn" with the Tech 2.
Caution: A 30 minute theft relearn will not allow the SDM or BCM to learn the restraints ID.
